This smoothie tastes EXACTLY like a banana nut muffin - and I'm definitely not mad about it.

▼ BANANA NUT MUFFIN SMOOTHIE ▼
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. non-dairy milk
- 2-3 frozen bananas, peeled
- 1/4 c. walnuts (soak overnight for creamier texture)
- handful of spinach (optional)
- 1/4 c. oats (uncooked)
- 2 dates
- 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of allspice (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
